Mentoring and Personal Skills Development
MIBALA CARE is committed to empowering individuals from all walks of life. Our mentoring and personal skills development program is open to all participants and is designed to support people to build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills.
We deliver culturally responsive and person-centred support, with experience working alongside people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, First Nations communities, and other underrepresented groups, ensuring services are respectful, inclusive, and tailored to each individual’s needs. We provide:
- Tailored mentorship: One-on-one guidance that respects cultural identity and supports individual goals.
- Self‑development workshops: Activities designed to build confidence, communication skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Support for youth and vulnerable individuals: Assistance for young people and individuals experiencing social or community disadvantage, delivered in line with participant choice, consent, and appropriate funding arrangements.
- Holistic focus: Programs address emotional, social, and practical needs while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
